Snakebite is putting on a bike swap for Sioux Falls to support the Falls Area Single Track (FAST). Great acronym by the way.

FAB is having a member's meeting this Saturday 1/24 at the east side Pizza Ranch. 1:30 - 3:30.

trainers can be fun

wednesdays are now my favorite day of the week. that's a lie, but i'm still looking forward to them now. why? jeff kluck and jason simon invited thE kErnEl and some fellow masochists to join them after two wheeler dealer closed. 9 of us got on our trainers at 7:30 and rode the the cts dvd, time trials.

i really had a great time, as it is MUCH more motivating to ride a trainer with others than it is to ride one alone. the great part about trainers is that i can always keep up with the best riders. and i can even place my bike in front of them to give myself a mental boost!

so i'm inviting anyone that would be interested to join me at two wheeler dealer every wednesday at 7:30 or earlier if i can talk them into it!

ok, first post. i probably should not write anything now. spent new year's with snakebite and mrs. bite, muscle, prez, mrs. prez, wind, ant, ggg, and tessa.
