wednesdays are now my favorite day of the week. that's a lie, but i'm still looking forward to them now. why? jeff kluck and jason simon invited thE kErnEl and some fellow masochists to join them after two wheeler dealer closed. 9 of us got on our trainers at 7:30 and rode the the cts dvd, time trials.
i really had a great time, as it is MUCH more motivating to ride a trainer with others than it is to ride one alone. the great part about trainers is that i can always keep up with the best riders. and i can even place my bike in front of them to give myself a mental boost!
so i'm inviting anyone that would be interested to join me at two wheeler dealer every wednesday at 7:30 or earlier if i can talk them into it!

Sounds like ya'll have a good time, but I am not really up to draggin' the bent around in the winter time. Guess I will continue (or start actually) spinning by myself in the solitude of our junk room.....
it wouldn't matter what you had, we'd have a great time. you could probably get them to give you a bike and trainer to ride.
I will be there every weds... and sunday (some I have to miss, but will try to make 90%)
